Impressive guitar work!
by OdaddyOWhile it isn't the kind of album I could just sit down and listen to from start to finish, each song on it's own is well constructed and the guitar work is quite good. This band definitely deserves a second listen.
High Energy Modern Instrumental Rock
by SurfGuruThis isn't really a surf record, it's more like a collection of hard rock instrumentals that have some surfy elements. The best track is the amazing cover of "Paint it Black." Heaps of guitars are used to create a vibrant yet honest re-visioning of the classic Stones song. Other songs remind me of Black Sabbath or other classic metal. The songs all seem to follow a verse/chorus/bridge/verse structure, even though there isn't any singing. My favorite time to listen to this album is when I'm working out. Highly recommended!
What in the world
by Afro bobA friend gave this c.d. to me and said i would like it, so i listened to the first song and was not thrilled. Every song almost is in the 4/4 time, and in the key of d. Don't Buy.
