truly inspired

Dennis's album is one that needs to be in your CD collection. The harmonies, melodies, LYRICS and musical nuances that you'll find when you listen to the album show that Dennis is gifted with an artistic expression like no one else. The darkness-turned-to-light element would make any Phoenix proud.

So proud of this Northampton Artist!!!

This really surprised me and it's growing on me each day. This album is quickly becoming my favorite of the year. Thank God It's the Morning Of, Green Depression Glass and Bubble Lights are probably the best songs on the album, but they're all good and my favs could change tomorrow. I love how Dennis has crafted some really sparse, haunting soundscapes. This album is one of those that you have to listen all the way through - it's not just a collection of singles. The obvious comparisions will come out (Simon and Garfunkel, Elliott Smith, etc), but look beyond that. This is one to enjoy by the fire with a nice bottle of wine and your favorite person without having to talk. If downloaded albums could be worn out, then this would be in danger. Fast.
