Excellent.

Wow. This is an awesome album, whether you're christian or not. Amazing guitar work, solid vocals, and all around great musicianship.

An interesting aspect of this album: While Bride moved more towards the 00's rock with this, it still has a distinct 80's flavor.

So, as far as tracks, here's the breakdown:

The Calm: Intro. Throw away, not even worth the space it'll take up on your iPod
Skin for Skin: * * * * Pretty thrashy, great chorus.
End of Days: * * * * * Reminiscent of Pantera or maybe even Marilyn Manson; one of my favorite tracks here.
Take the Medication: * * * * * Awesome verse, awesome chorus.
Inside Ourselves: * * * * This might be placed in the "filler" category. Good nonetheless.
Hard to Kick: * * * * * Very hard-kickin'. Another favorite.
Fuel and Fire: * * * I don't really like it much; too much slap-bass, and this isn't Primus.
Breathless: * * * * Can't decide whether this is filler or not. Pretty good though, catchy chorus.
Prodigous Savant: * Awful filler. Waste of 33 seconds.
Bang Goodbye: * * * * * Very powerful, my second favorite on the whole album.
Rise Above: * * * * Not bad at all. Chorus is a bit over-long though.
The Government: * * * Don't really care for it much.
Super Ego Star: * * * * * Best song on the album and my personal favorite; highly reminiscent of 80's metal.
Hang On: * * * * Kind of a cool power ballad. I like it.

Of note: When I first heard "Super Ego Star" I thought of Mother Love Bone (look it up), interestingly enough, the song not only sounds a bit like "This Is Shangrila", but it's loaded with MLB references.

Very good album for the discerning metalhead.

Solid!!!
