by Calvin411As a fan of hard rock, and techno, I found this album to be of great use while working out.
The first song starts out at a tempo of 136 Beats Per Minute and as you are working out, the tempo increases as your workout goes along, ending up at about 140 BPM; which seems perfect for a great cardio workout! I look forward to buying future versions of any work from The Gymrattz Collective. Great work, you guys! Thank you.

by DaniWFor anyone who, like me, is sick of trying to work out to weak, tinkly techno and needs something adrenalin-inducing in the mornings. Kill the Robot! is a perfect 30-minute blast for cardio ... a steady but challenging pace with no annoying gaps or pauses. If I have to be at the gym before I have my coffee, I'm glad to finally have some workout music that can help me get my butt in gear.
