Something for Everyone !

by a Mom who rocks !

I too have had the privilage of hearing Kristyn perform live. Let me tell you I am still in awe that such a powerful voice and pure sentiments could come from the same young woman at the same time ! I purchased the above CD on the spot, and I am pretty picky when it comes to music. Even more impressive than Kristyn's stage presence is the heart she pours into these songs every time I listen to them. She has been blessed with a true gift of voice and a heart for ministry that doesn't mimic anyone else's but truly her OWN. Thanks Kristyn and keep up the GREAT WORK ! God Bless

I saw her in concert and I loved every song, especially Invisible and Pent up. I loved how she had a message with each song. Invisible is my favorite because I can relate a lot with this song in my own life. I also really appreciate how she shared with everyone about how her ministry is to help people through music. I know so many of her songs spoke to me. I am 14 so I really loved the rocky stuff but I also really loved some of the other music like In Jesus Name. I love rocking out to something with a posative message as well as being able to just lift up God. Overall I think if you give it a listen you wont be dissapointed.

Great voice, but too much focus on the Rock effect and the music. The best songs are the simple ones like Fallen, In Jesus Name, I Surrender All & The Old Rugged Cross. The rest could be played on any secular radio station, and the difference between the messages and lyrics in her original songs and the covers of the ones I mentioned is night and day. I wouldn't suggest the entire album, I need more out of music than just flashy guitars, piano, and dums. Christians have a message to spread, and it should be evident in our music, the song is suppose to focus on Christ, not us and our feelings.
