A Must Have!
by dougc84Just buy this CD. It's amazing. Tim has a different way of making sounds on the guitar that are etherial. Every track on this disc is amazing. Check out Trio vol. 2 as well!
Stunning!!!!
by shredizaliveTim Miller is simply in a league of his own. Imagine Holdsworth fused with Metheny with a dash
of Scofield and you only begin to touch the tip of this man's talent. I live in the Boston area, and
Tim is a local monster. His tone is really unique (he mixes his electric tone with a mic'ed chamber
bodied guitar) and really cuts through the mix, yet is subtle and warm with such a beautiful timbre.
As for the tunes....they are amazing and interwoven both harmonically and thematically. Miller's
use of chords are simply astounding and you simply can't do better than this album. If you're a
fusion fan, you owe it to yourself to check this guy out, because it won't be long before he is on
the A-List along side Holdsworth, Henderson, Stern, Scofield, Krantz, Metheny and the like.
