This CD is a great journey- every cut is different!
by LIttle RamonaThis CD is a great journey. The cuts are so different, but they all work together. This is one of those CDs you buy and you realize you really have something you need to tell your friends about. You have a secret masterwork.
The first track, An Geall Air Neamh, is classical piano updated with electric guitar. It is beautiful.
Then it gets into some soft pop-rock, some tribal music, and some jazz, then some jam, and then they surprise you with an East Indian tune. Then there is a sad but pretty tune about a suicide.
"Anodyne" is so beautiful. "Never the Same" is romantic. "Cahokia Winds" has a great beat and also makes you think about what happened to the Native American tribes. "June 16" is a long song you can play while you work out or drive or whatever. It takes you on a journey.
If you like music that will last a long time, this is it. I am buying this as gifts for people.

Great mix of musical styles - wonderful instrumentation
