Classical music that ROCKS
by VelifiedI just discovered this group, and I am in love! My favorite track right now is Dog Days. These are clearly well-trained classical musicians, but unlike most, they can really rock -- but not in that cheesy way you'd tend to expect from classical musicians doing 'crossover' music. They never lose their fabulous tone, but they never sound hung-up either.
And since Itunes doesn't seem to have much info on the band yet, you should know that they're called Invert because they're an inverted string quartet, with two cellos (and all the bottom-heavy thick gorgeous tone that implies).
