His compositions feature captivating melodies effortlessly floating over intricate harmonies. Each of these songs tells a unique story. The sound is fresh and imaginative. The musicians are excellent. Dann Zinn has a rich, vibrant sound on both the tenor and soprano saxophones. He demonstrates great technical command of the instruments to create scorching solos that are full of passion and intensity. He also plays melodies with conviction and uses all the expressive elements of the saxophone to truly bring them to life. This is no ordinary musician. If you are familiar with Dann Zinn, you already know the depth and passion he brings to everything he does. If you are are not familiar with him, you will be amazed by what you are about to discover. NOT Good
by realjazzman19This is elevator music with a fail attempt to sound organic. Literally, this is smooth jazz saxohpone with just less cliche (and just as painful) writing.

by THESHEPDann is my private teacher, and I had never heard him play before I bought this album. I can honestly say I am proud to learn from such a great jazz artist.
