Finally, a break...
by UncleMonkeyIn a world where mainstream acts like Toby Keith are slowly but surely killing the better traditional country scene, it's always nice to hear something different. Oliver Buck brings us that and more on Rust Belt Blues.
Buck is a good songwriter, but he shines most in his arrangements of traditional songs, like The Band's "Bessie Smith" and the classic tune "Wreck of the Old 97."
Intimate vocals and divine musicianship make this album a must-have for any country blues fan. Wonderful work!
