Great Rock and Roll
by whitestripesfan1"Things I See" is the first full length release from Mean Molly's Trio, a great rock and roll/ blues band hailing from Ogden, Utah. I have had the privilege of attending several live shows of MMT over the past few months, and bought this album at their release party. When I got home and popped this in my cd player, I felt like I was launched back into the early days of Rock and Roll. The guitar playing is amazing, very bluesy, and fits in perfect with the scratchy vocals. The bass does much more than just back up the song, it could even be considered the highlights of some of the songs. The drumming keeps the song going, and makes the guitar sound all the better. If youre a fan of great rock and roll, then give this album a listen to, and if youre ever in the Ogden area, stop by for a show, they're even better live!
