Chuck Pyle continues as the poet of the high country.
by Tina manChuck is the poet of the high country and on this album he manages to sum it all up. He takes up where John Denver left off. "Colorado" should be the anthem for the state of Colorado. His easy going pace and way with words makes this album easy listening. Although he borrows Rocky Mountain High from John Denver, he manages to put his own smooth stamp on it. If you are a fan of Chuck's you will not be disappointed with this album. If you are not yet a fan of Chuck's, then the question is "Why not?"
great folk singer
by Txagcol1I came across this album while on a trip to Denver. I had taken a side trip to meet an old friend in Monument and came across this album in a local bookstore. He definitely captures the idealic image of small town Colorado. My favorites out of this album were Colorado and Mile High Feeling. He reminds me a lot of Gordon Lightfoot back in his hey day.
