One of My All-Time Favorite Albums
by Brad McNettThis is one album I absolutely can't live without. It is packed with 8 original songs that were written by Mahar himself and all of them sound as if they are already standards. With singing that rivals Sinatra, Martin, Davis, or Connick, along with songwriting that rivals Porter, Berlin, Cahn, or Mercer you can not go wrong with this album. It's truly a masterpiece.

You will be humming 'New New Orleans' in your sleep and tapping your toes to 'Got No Heart' and wondering how this young crooner can efforlessly envoke such startling visions of The Rat Pack, Nat "King" Cole and Bobby Darin.
For an album you will enjoy from the moment you put it in until it ends, get "Careless Moon" and add it to your CD collection so you can say you were one of the first people to come across this amazing talent.
I've seen him perform live several times. He's twice as charming in person...
