Great Album!
by MusicIsLove83Ellie has done a great job with this recording. It's one of my favorites right now. The songs are well written, thoughtful and memorable and her voice is like none other!
This Place
by Gussy TThis CD is a sweet one. It softens up my heart immediately as I listen to songs about a sweet baby boy named Deacon, and a wedding, and a longing for a home once lived in. Ellie writes thoughtful songs that get into your head and tend you make your day a little more joyful.
"I Can't Sleep" is a great song that prompts my mind to wander to this girl I'm dating right now. With lines like, "when you leave you take the best of me with you, I can see now all the worst cliches are true" and "I can't get anything done, and I can't come out of this sorrow, since you've been gone," Ellie's got me longing for this girl... and that's a good thing :)
