love their music

by Beercousin

I heard them on podcast of irish and celtic music and could not believe it. They are to celtic music what the Trans Siberian Orchestra is to classical. I wish that I could find simular adaptations and intensity. This ablum is a nice variety of tunes that I would highly reccomend.

Well Done

One of the previous reviewers says this group isn't original enough because they didn't write many of these songs. Sorry to tell you, but what makes a great Ceilidh band is the INTERPRETATION of familiar songs. Ireland and Scotland have an amazing oral tradition that is passed down through drinking songs and Gaeligh ballads. It's amazing when you've heard the song a thousand times, from a thousand different voices, and it still seems fresh.
