Your Free Gift
by David352This is a good piece of work. It's original and complex, synthesizing a number of musical styles with excellent dramatic effect. But you still get a sense of David Clement's overall musical language - his lyrics come through with penetrating intelligence and really tie a what amounts to nice collection of studio pieces together into an altogether enjoyable album. If you like music, I don't see why you wouldn't dig this work.

From the very hip Accouterment, rocking Da Boy, homorous Geriatrophilia, to the beautiful Sheba's Death Rattle, David Clement takes the listener through all the emotions modern music. The musicians are masters of their instruments—the use of acoustic and electric guitars are seemless, and the nimble work of guitarist Rob Bailey will cause you to listen to each track again and again. Don't be fooled by the use of his music in television shows (everybody has to eat); David Clement's music is serious. Listen and enjoy.
