This is an excellent CD. Very well written and sung amazingly.

It amazes me how good this record is. Every song on it is very well written, with great guitar playing, and wonderful melodies. One of the things that sets Casey apart from the people he's most often compared to, such as M Ward, I ron and Wine, and Bright eyes, is the fact that Mr. Abrams can really sing! Something to note is that many of these songs appear on Casey's first release, "Thirteen American Ghosts," where they have full band arrangements. However, the stripped down arrangements on this disc really show how good the songs are. Excellent.
