This is a very interesting album from Robert Lamm. This guy is clearly talented still. I would love to see him pull out some really edgy jazz-pop for one last hurrah!! I think overall this disk is better than Subtlety and Passion but it still leaves me wanting more. I want to say to Mr. Lamm, "You're almost there!! KEEP GOING!!". A couple things bring this down a notch for me, one, Lamm's singing is simply not up to snuff, two, it isn't edgy enough. The best thing about Lamm's work has always been the subtle and intriguing edginess.

I hope we can hear that from him one more time.
