Looking for Something New?
by sr_HameenThis release by the Boston based band the Information is excellent. It definitely shows the influence of bands like Joy Division and New Order, while rocking out in a totally new direction. Try the song “a simple plan” to see what I mean. Great find, highly recommended!!
This album is one of my treasured finds of 2007
by GeepiggloI picked up this album after attending one of The Information's live shows and I was worried that the energy wouldn't carry through, but thankfully all my fretting was for naught. This album practically bleeds awesome.
Definitely check it if you're a fan of synthy rock like New Order or The Killers but lean a bit more towards the edgy rock persuasion.
