Another Great Album!!!!!!
by Pokey SquishyThis album is also a good one. I didn't think they could make one as good as the first but they did! I am a Union and Confederate reenactor of 17yrs and I have yet to see them live. I hope to see them at a reenactment soon.
Blast from the past!
by YankeeGirl585I am a Union Civil War re-enactress, and had the chance to see the 2nd South Carolina String Band at Cedar Creek Battle Re-enactment in Middletown VA. These guys are incredible! I have never heard Civil War period-correct music played so dead on accurate - these guys are the sharpshooters of this kind of music! In the true fashion of the Union Army, a salute to the 2nd South Carolina String Band: Hip Hip Huzzah! Hip Hip Huzzah! Hip Hip Huzzah! And a five star rating!
