Good album but poor recording quality

I really like this album a lot but the recording quality is terrible. The songs have no "depth" and sound like all bass was removed during the recording process. Instead all that's left is treble. There's some really good songs...too bad they sound like they're being broadcast on an AM radio instead of full high-def. :-(
