Fond Memories
by SerinthiaI suspect the previous reviewer heard him in the same place I did. Back in 2000 I worked in downtown Phoenix Arizona and would often take my lunches at an open air outdoor shopping mall not far from the state capitol. As often as not, Alex would be there with a full size 88-key synth, playing his music for everyone to enjoy. I was hooked the first day and bought two of his albums a week later. His piano work is some of the most beautiful I've ever heard and I highly reccomend it for relaxing after a long day.
Emotionally Captivating & Beautiful To Listen To
by Lucy MarieThe Metaphor album emotionally moves me and helps to remind me of when I dated my husband at the time we purchased this album. I discovered this album walking through a mall in Arizona with my boyfriend at the time. I could hear Alex Grant playing his music live on a huge piano from a distance. I had to follow the sound then stop and listen for awhile, because his music capitivated me so much. I waited for Alex to stop playing his music so that my boyfriend could get his signiture on the CD album cover and to purchase the album for me. I am so grateful he did, and that I had the rare opportunity to discover Alex Grant playing his beautiful music at the mall that day. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates true musical talent that is emotionally captivating, and beautiful to listen to. I also highly recommend Alex Grant's Evening's Last Light album it's also very good. I got it at the same time as Metaphor which he also personally autgraphed for me. Thank you, Alex.
