Solid Album
by bigmusicfaceThis is a solid album. Anybody who appreciates a well written song will really enjoy listening to this collection of tunes. The songs do not fit neatly into any single genre but the quality of the songs make it work. With "Back to Drinking" you get a (unique and humorous) taste of the singer-songwriter style. This is followed by the infectious violin driven rocker "Vacilador". The band shows some guts by throwing a little soul inflected rock into the mix with "What Went Wrong" (which also shows off Walker's great vocals). The band even works the steel drum on "I Need to be Loved" and "Sigh No More." If you're a music fan you would be sorry not to give this album a listen.
