watch out for Rach Green...
by notquitehumanUpon first listen, I was reminded of the first time I heard Alanis Morissette in the early 90's when making music was less about the money, and more about the artistry and feeling behind the music. Not that Rach's sound is anything like Morissette... it's a completely different style with a completely different feel. But the great music is backed up by great lyrics and powerful vocal performance.
Anyone who appreciates indie or folk-like music will definitely dig Rach Green. Her mellow and passionate voice in Capacity and Fearless will make any bad day seem better. And if you pay attention to the lyrics, they are well versed and truthful. Keep an eye out for her next album... it'll be even better.
