A solid if unspectacular debut, Tuned In...Turned On fuses edgy urban beats with cosmic soundscapes that never really take flight; the most compelling tracks are those which feature guest vocalists, among them Frente!'s Angie Hart and Asian Dub Foundation's Navigator.
