Perfect album the BEST ska
Band ever! Between their music and performance you can't go wrong here.

Don't let their genre experimentation in later albums put you off. They are just growing as musicians and here's an insider tip the next drop will be heading back to their ska/rock roots. Stay tuned...

Best Album Ever!

by SkaSk8er

I found these guys while listening to Reel Big Fish on Pandora Radio. Needless to say I bought this album immediatly. I've probably listened to it 5000 times and it's still entertaining. I've never seen them live but I could imagine how fun their shows must be. And for the person who said their music sounds generic? How many main stream songs do you hear that sound like this. If you can name 5 that sound like this, then please do. Anyway its a great buy and totally worth the $5. This and Rumpshaker totoally represent ska, although I wish their newer albums were less disco-pop like and more like pure ska. But they'll probably come back to that.

Perfect Ska Album!

by Always Cynical

It's a shame the rest of Suburban Legends' albums could not sound like this. This is the most perfect "Southern California Ska" album, I think, I have ever heard. The lyrics are upbeat, funny and cynical. The music is lively and motivating. If you like Reel Big Fish, Streetlight Manifesto, Mad Caddies...or whomever that is relevant to compare them to, you'll love this album. I probably listen to this album three times a day. It's fun! Trust me, this is totally worth it for under $5.

While many ska bands (especially those riding in on the third wave) take pride in a rowdy and entertaining live show, not many can actually boast perfectly choreographed dance numbers to complement entire sets. Suburban Legends not only do this with style, but their shtick led to extended stints as the...
