Album Review
Former Blue Oyster Cult member Albert Bouchard and his band Brain Surgeons released an interesting album in Box of Hammers. The disc definitely does not sound like BOC, but there are Cult-ish song writing elements that show up from time to time. Some of the disc seems to have a bit of a garage band sort of charm. The album includes songs ranging in styles from ballad-type modes to solid rock grooves and hard-edged fun. This is definitely an entertaining CD.
