Great American music!
by felafelkingBlue Plate Special is primarily a bluegrass band, but draws from many other styles to make their music unique -- jazz, gospel, blues, even Tex-Mex (though not in this particluar album). They are great musicians singing great songs, and singing them with just the right mix of reverence for the material and humor. What more could you ask for?
