A Couple of Spins...
by Una'sdadThis is the kind of record you can leave in your car stereo for days and not switching CDs or tuning on the radio. The melodic leads send you whistling down the street especially on "Knocking...". It also features ex-Adrenalin OD Paul's (not home) and a pretty good DEVO cover.
Solid Punk n Roll Album
by kittykowalskiJust found this album years after it's release and I would have never known. Sounds as good today as it much have then, and I don't know why there is not more from this Artist.
Strong female vocals, songs come one after the other like machine-gun fire. The rockers are Not Surprised, Goodbye Daddy, Know it All, with catchy riffs that are really upbeat. The mid-tempo songs are rock and roll like Meanest Guy and the thoughtful 10 Things. some of the slower songs, like "Kiss Me One More Time" are pure pop. You wonder why songs like this are not on the radio. I guess indie radio rock is gone, but I'm glad I found this. The songs can be tender and funny at the same time.
It rocks, so if you like New York Style rock and roll with punk influences and pop melodies and harmonies, you will like this.
