Inspiring and rare!
by jcorsoIn 2003 I walked into a Borders Book store and heard music that turned the moment into a scene in a film. I followed to find Sarah Haddock singing her heart out, eyes closed. I sat through the small intimate concent and purchased the full album via CD. you know before DOWNLOADS. It is still in my CD player now. Her music tells of stories and moods both vunerablly delicate and independently strong willed.
"So much for sweet mystery" conveys the truth about love when the lights come back on, and "Not Gonna Wonder" makes you want to stop with the doubting and get out of dodge. Interestingly enough after listening to the song often I got over my own fears and moved 3000 miles out west to persue passion.
"strong as I am" and "homesick" are very powerful moving songs that make you reconsider your own life. Her music is very personal and touches on subjects we all think about when were alone in the shower. "Draw you a map" has happened to all of us at least once from both sexes.
Sarah Haddock is universal and this time needs more singer song writers out there. I know she has more songs that haven't been recorded yet, so let us hope for a follow up ablum.
I cant wait to hear the world though her songs again.

by DebJazrcizThis is an awesome album from a very talented young woman. I enjoy "Ride" and "Draw You A Map" most of all, but every song is filled with captivating lyrics and smooth melodies.
