MR. THEIGS!!!
by button-eyedOh my gosh Mr. Theigs is my schools musical director and he gave us all one of his cd's and it's awsome!!! He and his wife sang the green room song ant the first opening night and it made all of us cry! And that song was based after the room that the cast would would wait in until it was their turn to go out on stage! The more you know!
The best album since The White Album
by The Notorious R.E.P.Distant and Clean is minimalistic in form, but uh, whatever the opposite of minimalistic is in function. The lyrics are both powerful and gentle, easily seperating Distant and Clean from a good majority of the rest of the acoustic folk that can be heard in every girl's dorm room now-a-days. Eric Thiegs is a visionary, kind of like Jimi Hendrix if he were white, played acoustic guitar, sang about his cat and played Dungeons and Dragons.
