Mancino Shows the limitless creative potential of the pop song if you've got the courage to run with your imagination and go with Alice down the rabbit hole.
I think I'm outta breath
by EAR FARMMancino's debut recording is 30 minutes of indie pop-rock fun, plain and simple. "Hiccup Lines" is bouncing and catchy, "Snake(s) Charm(s) Alarm(s)" is groovy and psychedelic, and "Tina's Little Joy" is a great place to start if you're looking for just one song. Everything else is well worth your time too (except perhaps the single-listen-only track "#5" which is not much more than an experiment, but hey that's allowed), particularly the standout "Babel by the Mouthful". The overall feeling that pervades throughout this record is that of spending a summer having fun in the underbelly of a coastal town, and if we've not all done that it's not because we didn't want to. Let the boys from Mancino show you the way.
