Past Masters Vol. 1

After listening to "You Are Here" and "The New World" by Joe Romersa the Artist, I wanted to find more of his work. Didn't find anything more on iTunes, so of course I did a google search. Ends up this Past Masters series (of 3) is under Shadowbox Studio. (There should be a cross reference here). What a find. "Past Masters" is a collection of various artists, and shows yet again a totally different side to Joe Romersa as an artist/producer/arranger/writer and engineer. On this, volume 1, we get a "Soy Cowboy" track "Sticky Rice" and some "Meat Sandwich". Meat Sandwich has Joe on vocals and shows a more funky, groovy, and humorous side of his work. The production value on all these tracks is pure Joe. It seems Joe did all the graphics for the series as well. *see my review on Vol. 2 my favorite in the series.
