Evan Phillips has the pure true feeling of his home state.
by MargerineBEvan Phillips showcases his talents and his roots in this ballad heavy alt-country album. Every song has an Alaskan feel while also hinting towards classic Americana country ballads. If you are at all a fan of non-comercialized ballads, Wounded Soldier, Still in Love With You, and the Porter's Song are MUST HAVES.
Dont be mistaken
by a good opinionThis is an excellent album by Whipsaws frontman Evan, but it is however a COUNTRY album. If you can't handle the country sound from the Whipsaws album i dont recommend this one. If your lookin for a good country album then by all means you should check this one out. But buy it from the Whipsaws insted of from here.
