VERY PROMISING!
by EnochcainI loved the whole CD, my personal favorite by far was "Too Late to Be Saved" I am extremely excited to hear the full CD when it debutes! You can definitely tell who is father is through his lyrics too. Very well crafted.
Jordan Zevon - Studebaker
by godaikunHeard this song at the end of the most recent episode of October Road, which I love. The song really spoke to me, so I came here to DL it, and I'm glad I did, it has that melacholy sound I love and the lyrics are moving. I remember the great work his dad did before him, so he's got the genes for greatness, lets see if he can take advantage of them.
Lookin' for a Heart
by JJJ67Those of you who were lucky enough to see Jordan Zevon on David Letterman the other night know that "Like Father, Like Son". I pride myself on being up on most of the "good music" as I call it, but both son and father have escaped me... until now! "Lookin' for a Heart" backed up by Paul's band was absolutely moving, and Jordan shows a lot of promise, although I'm sorry to say, not on this half album. But wait till you hear him now if iTunes ever gets caught up (like I did). Jordan's new album Prelude, if anything like his live performance will be a quantum leap forward and upward.
