Ok theses song are very catchy, and they are just awsome in general.
One of my friends went to their concert so I looked them up just to see what type of music it was and I got instantly hooked. Now I constantaly have them blasting around the clock.

From the Sublime to Tree Shaking, this Album covers the spectrum

This album continues the progression that Emerald Rose has made as a band. "Come to the Dance" is the perfect introduction track. It captures the energy of the entire album by starting off slowly, and building to a frenetic pace that can't help but pull you into the Emerald Rose experience. Songs like "Before Twilight Falls" and "Irish Heartbeat" showcase the softer side of the band; while "Four Doors to Elfland", "Three More Drops", and my personal favorite "Four Jacks" give the listener an audio glimpse of their lively energetic side. The final track, "We come from Monkeys" is a rocking anthem for Evolution that is sure to rattle a few cages. All and all, a fine album from the emerging force in Celtic/Folk music.

A rich tapestry of sound and imagery

Archives is ER's best effort to date. The opening strains of “Come to the Dance” invite the listener to journey with the band through an album that is diverse yet perfectly blended. Combining blues, rock and Celtic music to form what is truly the Emerald Rose sound, Archives delights the senses and emotions. The delicate music and theme of "Before the Twilight Falls" gives way to devotion to beauty in “Queen of Argyll” concluding with the driving political stance of “We Come From Monkeys.”
