Killer band!!!
by youngmusicThis is a unique and very interesting band. The songs are dark and edgy with a palpable dose of female angst / empowerment. There are strong themes of lust and seduction. Also betrayal, resentment, rebirth and love. The songs cover the gambit from streamlined rocker to epic anthem. This album is a good addition to any music collection!

The album possesses a brilliantly clever lyrical style and sound and, true to theme, each track tells of a generally tragic love story with incomparable wit and an empowered edge. These entertaining, yet sardonic and darkly amusing songs colorfully reflect the unfortunate experiences of someone who would benefit from better judgment in love. But let?s face it, wouldn't we all? We leave the album with our own tragic experience positively affirmed, reminded that the multi-faceted challenges of love are indeed universal, and with a sense of desperate anticipation... Perhaps if the next aural adventure from Patsy Grind speaks of love fulfilled and eternal happiness, in sun-drenched soliloquies of pure ecstasy, there really will be hope for the rest of us!
