This is absolutely my favorite meditation album. I hope Ms Hays will do many more. So relaxing. Pleasant voice. I can go right to sleep, or relax or calm myself by listing. I have many of these types of recordings and none of them works well as hers.

Great technique for reducing stress

Artist has a nice, relaxing voice, and if you follow the progressive relaxation track you can really lower the tenseness in your body, making it easier to go about your day, or fall asleep. It is so relaxing, its like taking a mini-nap! Also, the music to relax is nice for ambient sounds.
