Seeds of greatness, firmly rooted.
by RFINSPLI have well over 2000 LPs, 1000 CDs, and plenty of digital content (although obviously that is not my prefered medium). So, I have a ton of stuff I have heard, or will hear, and continually listen to. Modern rock be it mainstream or indie has taken a pretty hard dive in my book. There's only a handful of groups I find interesting, impressive, and influential. The States is one of those groups. Since I got this album in 2005, it went from being an album I listened to more than others I owned and enjoyed very much, to being one of my most favorite albums and getting played through at least once or twice a month. I would, and often do recommend this to my friends and strangers.

by 1234REES1234I bought this cd at an old thrift store for $2. I didn't know what to expect but this was a great find. This is one of my favorite cd's. Check them out for yourselves!!! (listen to "Diplomats" i think it is one of their best songs)
