by mattsoulI've owned a copy of this recording since 2003 only to find that it had been damaged. Naturally, I salvaged what I could by importing it into my iTunes library and in the process, discovered that the work was available here in the iTunes Store.
I haven't played this album for the last 3 years. And now after playing the record in it's entirety, it seems to have gotten better with time. The melodies are beautiful, the changes are dynamic and fun, and the mix is absolutely stellar. This work seems to get right to the core of the soul and begins to heal.
9.99? This should be a no brainer..
Conversations With My Father
by Jimbo49Oh my God! What a masterful piece of work! I can't stop listening to this beautiful CD. Each and every song is a gem. I am so glad I bought this CD. Well worth the $9.99. It's kind of hard to pick just one favorite but if I had to I would say that "Amistad" is my favorite - a very moving piece.
