Family favorite!
by Screaming Kid KneesThis album has become one of my family's favorites. We especially love to listen to this album in our van as we travel around. There isn't one cut that isn't simply great (Although my personnal favorites are the "Noosa Set", "A rose in April", and "Mormond Braes"). From my 11 year old daughter and my 16 year old son, to my wife and myself (duh) we all love "Five Days in April". I hope they make another CD soon. If you love Celtic music this album is a must.
A Celtic album with heart
by BanaoireThis Celtic folk-music album is by far one of my favorite albums of all time. Produced in my home town, by some of North America's best Celtic instrumentalists and vocalists it is always a pleasure to listen to. It is a fusion of guitar, fiddle, pipes, tambour, and voice that is so fresh and exciting you'll wonder why no one has produced anything like it before. Surprise - this is no discount store "new age" musak. This is the real deal!
Favorite tracks include the incredibly evocative "Mormond Braes" and the soulful "West Wind." Every member of my family has asked for a copy of this album - from the 60-somethings to the teenagers and I am thrilled it is now available at the Music Store.
