Until we get the new stuff
Seeing Amanda perform in NYC last year she has released an amazing EP called Blood On The Line.Hopefully I tunes USA will carry it. She is a great songwriter with infectious hooks and until that's released this cd and her 2000 release Ghost Stories will have to do.
Filthy Mind
I first ran across Amanda Ghost, when I ripped some music from a coworker this past summer. The "Filthy Mind (Peter Rauhofer Club Mix)" was off of some American Eagle mix CD I think, "Spin AE: Go fast is alive", it was a shorter version of the above mentioned track, but I was hooked immidiately, the voice, the beat, and the sound, were all unique enough for me to keep listening.
