FMTouch enables you to run FileMaker locally on your iPhone or iPod touch. No internet, no browser needed.
FileMaker runs independently on your iPhone. Your database goes wherever you go and guess what your data is completely encrypted and protected. Currently FMTouch does not support Bento.
Like FileMaker, you can view, edit, find, delete and create records. You can use portals, value lists, graphics, container fields, send emails, generate PDF reports, capture signatures on the fly and more.

What's New in Version 1.50
- Fixes a critical loading bug on some cases which causes the loading screen to continue indefinitely.
- Fixes an occasional crash when layouts with web viewers are switched away from while the web viewer is loading.
- No changes in UI or features.

Get a life whiners! This is so much a game-changer.
Funny, this list appears to be divided into those who get it and those who don't. Too bad ignorance is lowering the score of an otherwise awesome app. If you have a clue about FileMaker you'll see the value of FMTouch right away.
Farewell Access; we hardly knew ye...
Not a toy
1) This is a serious application - not a toy that makes sounds and flashes lights when you shake the accelerometer.
2) I bought it 15 minutes ago and it was $69.99 - NOT $99.
So far it is GREAT! Much better than FM Mobile ever was. If you are complaining about the price, then you obviously don't need this app. And for those whining about making it compatible with FM 4 or 5? Get rid of your pirated copy you haven't been able to upgrade and get the newest version. And if you don't have the Advanced, the vendor has said they will do the initial needed conversion for you for FREE.

What?! So soon? I paid $30 more a couple of days ago. 'Guess I deserve it for being an early adopter. :-/
This app is the best. It's not for everyone. It's intended for professionals that make a living with FileMaker or that manage their mission critical operations with FileMaker. I've been using FMTouch for a day now, and it's already paid for itself.
It's well worht the $99.99. 'Nuff said.

Ever since my iPod Touch replaced my Palm PDA I've been waiting for a FileMaker Mobile replacement. This is much better, and syncs via WiFi. Would be great if it supported calculation fields, check boxes, and radio buttons (check and radio I haven't tested yet). Pretty good for a 1.0 release, can't wait for updates. Good job! :-)
