Great Cards, Cheesy Tactics
Update:
An update to make it easier to sell more of your apps? The cheese factor increases! I wonder how many of these 5 star reviews are the same person.
I have used the printed cards quite a lot and like them. I was happy to find that the cards are available as an App and even have new images for the minor cards now. The interface is generally good and intuitive.
What surprised me though is the cheese factor. How much advertising do you really have to do and is it fair to give only a chopped down summary in an email?
Example: I sent the reading from one card to myself to see what would appear in my email. I was hoping for an image of the card and the full text that goes with it. Instead, what I got is 6 attached images totaling 185kb and none of them were about the card in question. All images are to promote the cards, Oceanhouse Media, Hay House, and even other cards sets. The actual reading is close to worthless compared to the real interpretation of the cards. The reading in the email was two short sentences.
Come on people, this app costs 7 dollars! Well worth it for the cards but at that price don't you think we deserve a little respect too? I will be using the cards but as it is from what I described above, the email function is useless and will not be used again. Maybe this was the intention all along?

Great app, love the meanings. I read the other reviews and sometimes the advertising with hayhouse is a little much. I hope they get a little less conspicuous in the future on all the products. But... I love ALL the products nonetheless! Thank goodness there is a Hayhouse for us all!!
